Daily Diet Routine

Your daily diet routine will include eating the correct foods. Ideally, you will include at least a 30-minute walk 3 times each week.

Remember to take the JNK Liquid Booster in the morning.

The ideal scenario would be:

Breakfast - JNK Liquid Booster

Have between meal snacks of veggies, almonds and fruit. Don't let yourself starve.

Have a dinner before 6 pm if possible.

Reward yourself every 15th day of the JNK Diet and actually go off the diet. No need to plunge back in to old ways if that is your case, but have a treat, have the meal you still desire. Get back to the JNK Diet the next day.

Just avoid frozen fish though, even on your reward day.
